Ask us anything.

The questions shop owners ask us most, with straight answers. Can’t find yours? Email us and a real person replies.

Money

What if I don’t like the preview?

Then you owe nothing. The preview is free, we don’t ask for a card, and there’s no follow-up pressure. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll try again, or we part as friends.

Why are you so much cheaper than other agencies?

We only build shop websites and stores, so we don’t start from zero each time. No account managers, no meetings, no fifty-page proposals. You get the work, not the overhead.

How do I pay?

Half when you say yes, half on launch day. We send a simple invoice with the payment details. You never pay the second half until your shop is live and you’ve seen it.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The price on the tag is the price. The only other costs belong to you directly: your domain (usually a few pounds or dirhams a year) and, for online stores, your Shopify plan, which Shopify bills you for.

Do I have to take the care plan?

No. It’s optional, and you can cancel any month. Without it, your site still belongs to you; you’d just handle hosting and changes yourself or with someone else.

Time

Is 48 hours real?

Yes, for websites. The clock starts when we have your photos, prices and opening hours. Online stores take about a week because every product has to be loaded, priced and tested.

I’m busy running a shop. How much of my time does this take?

About twenty minutes in total: look at the preview, send some photos, check the finished site. Everything happens in one WhatsApp chat, whenever suits you.

Owning it

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. If you ever leave, you take it with you.

I already have an Instagram. Why do I need a website?

Instagram is great for showing your work, but people searching Google for “barber near me” or “abaya shop Dubai” find websites, maps and reviews first. A website also takes bookings and payments while you sleep.

Will people find me on Google?

We set up the basics every site needs: page titles, descriptions, fast loading, your map and opening hours, and a link to your Google Business profile. We don’t run ongoing SEO or ad campaigns.

Changes

Can my website be in Arabic too?

Yes. Every website and online store can be in English and Arabic, at no extra cost. Arabic pages read right-to-left properly, with fonts made for Arabic, not a quick machine translation pasted in.

What do I actually get each month on the care plan?

We set up your Google Maps listing and keep it fresh (photos, hours, services), design a review card with a QR code for your counter so happy customers leave Google reviews, and send you a short WhatsApp report each month: visits, Book taps and WhatsApp taps. Plus up to 5 small changes and all the hosting, security and backups.

What counts as a “small change”?

Things like a new price, a new photo, updated opening hours, a new product, or a few lines of text. On the care plan you get up to 5 a month, each done within 2 working days.

What if I want a bigger change later?

Message us. We’ll tell you up front if it fits in the care plan or give you a fixed price before we start. No surprises.

Can I connect my booking system?

Yes. If you already use Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy or a WhatsApp booking link, we put it right on your site. If you don’t use anything, we’ll add a simple WhatsApp booking button.

Online stores

Which platform do you use for stores?

Shopify. It handles card payments, stock and orders reliably, and you can manage it from your phone.

Can I deliver across the UAE or abroad?

Yes. We set up delivery zones and prices for your city, the rest of the country and international shipping if you want it.

Do I need to photograph every product?

Clear phone photos are fine. Send what you have and we’ll crop, brighten and organise them.
